Patient Survey

Thank you to all those who took part in our recent survey. The Patient Participation Group are currently analysing the results and will publish these on the website, along with an Action Plan, once this has been agreed and finalised.

Premier Health Team's Patient Participation Group (PPG)

The PPG meets bi-monthly on a Monday evening between 7pm & 8pm.

Any patient wishing to contact the PPG in writing may do by addressing correspondence to the Premier Health Team PPG, c/o The Bridgewater Medical Centre, Henry Street, Leigh, WN7 2PE or by posting this in the postbox located outside the surgery. Alternatively, correspondence for the PPG may be handed in at the reception desk.

Patient Leaflets/Advice

There is a lot of information for patients available at the surgery, however there is not enough space on the notice board or on the reception desk for this to be displayed. The PPG has compiled a file containing the following leaflets/advice.

First Aid Course

The First Aid Training for those who look after babies and children, arranged by the Patient Participation Group (PPG) was a great success and we received positive feedback.
