Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat Prescriptions must be requested by using the computer tear-off slip and placed in the grey box adjacent the reception desk. The exterior post box may be used out of surgery hours.
Alternatively prescriptions may be ordered by post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.

Collection
PLEASE NOTE
Prescriptions will be available for collection after 2.00pm the following
working day.
Prescriptions ordered on a Friday will be ready for collection on the Monday.
